Ashley Fant Show Stables is nestled on 23.61 acres in Eads, TN. Set back from the road, this peaceful training facility has 24 12’x12’ stalls with fans, 3 hot/cold wash racks, tack room, feed room, business office, riders’ lounge with coffee/tea bar, 2 bathrooms – one with a shower for clients, laundry area, wood-fenced grass paddocks, all-weather ring with unique “hunt path” and gently rolling hills for hacking. With its steep roof pitch, ridge vent and large windows with sliding shutters, the barn is well-ventilated and comfortable throughout the seasons. Every detail of this beautiful facility has been designed with the health, happiness and success of show horses at the forefront.

Eads is a suburb of Memphis, TN and the farm is located just a short drive from I-269 as well as I-40, making it easily accessible to those traveling from Memphis, Germantown, Collierville, Cordova, Bartlett, Arlington and Lakeland as well as Fayette County, TN and North Mississippi
